These terms are an agreement between you and SILAIC ([registered legal name], [registered address], Pakistan) (“SILAIC”, “we”, “us”) about your use of KeepPooling: the app at app.keeppooling.com and the website at keeppooling.com.
By signing in to KeepPooling, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use KeepPooling.
1. What KeepPooling is
KeepPooling helps property dealers keep their inventory in one place, form private networks with other dealers, share listings into those networks with the level of detail they choose, and contact each other.
KeepPooling is a tool for dealers. It is not a property marketplace, an estate agent or a broker. We are not a party to any deal between dealers, owners, buyers or tenants. We don’t check listings, prices, ownership, documents or the people behind them, and we don’t guarantee any of them.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older and use KeepPooling for your work in real estate.
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your KeepPooling account.
- Your profile must be accurate: use your real name and agency, and a phone number that is yours.
- One person, one account. Don’t share your account or create accounts for other people.
3. Your listings and content
You own your content. Listings, photos, descriptions, notes, network names and messages you add stay yours.
You give us permission to use it to run KeepPooling: to store it, process it (for example resize photos and remove their location data), and show it to the people you have shared it with, at the level you chose. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups until they expire (see the Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for your content. By adding a listing, you confirm that:
- you are allowed to market the property, for example with the owner’s permission or authority from another dealer
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you keep its status (Available, On hold, Sold, Rented) up to date
- you have permission to record any personal information about other people, such as an owner’s name and phone number
- you have the right to use the photos, and they don’t show people who haven’t agreed to it
- it is lawful and not misleading
Sharing is your choice. You decide which networks see a listing and at which level. Once another dealer has seen information, we can’t make them forget it. Withdrawing or changing a share only affects what they can see in KeepPooling from then on.
4. Networks
- Owners are responsible for their network: who they invite, whom they approve, who they make admin, and whether the network is listed in the Network Directory.
- Admins act for the owner and may approve members, manage invitations and remove members, as the app allows.
- Members must respect what other members share. Use listings you see through a network only for genuine business with the dealer who shared them. Don’t copy them into other groups, platforms or databases without that dealer’s permission.
- Nobody can join a network without approval. Owners and admins may remove members at any time.
- An owner can transfer the network to another member or close it. A closed network’s content is removed after 30 days.
5. The Network Directory
An owner may list their network in the Network Directory so other signed-in dealers can find it and ask to join. Listing is optional and can be turned off at any time. If the owner allows it, the network’s name may appear on public area pages on keeppooling.com. Network names, descriptions and areas must be accurate and must not imitate another business or person.
We may remove a network from the directory (delist it) if it breaks these terms or receives valid reports.
6. Things you must not do
Don’t:
- add fake, misleading, duplicate or unauthorised listings, or keep sold or rented properties marked Available
- use KeepPooling to harass, threaten, defraud or spam anyone, or contact dealers for things unrelated to property
- collect other users’ information (for example phone numbers) for marketing lists, or scrape, copy or export content in bulk
- try to see information you haven’t been given access to, get around disclosure levels or usage limits, or test our security without written permission
- interfere with KeepPooling, overload it, or use automated tools to access it
- upload anything unlawful, including content that breaks the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 or other Pakistani law
- impersonate another person, agency or business
7. Plans and payments
- Joining networks is always free. Paid plans raise limits on owned networks, members per network, active listings and photos. Current plans, limits and prices are shown on the Billing page in the app and at keeppooling.com/pricing. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Paying. You pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa to the account details shown in the app, then submit the transaction reference (and, if you like, a receipt photo). Your plan starts when we approve the payment, for one month or one year from that day. Renewing the same plan early adds the period to your current end date.
- No automatic renewal. We remind you before your plan ends. If you don’t renew, the free plan’s limits apply 7 days after the end date.
- Nothing is deleted when a plan ends or when limits are lowered. You can’t add more beyond the limit until you upgrade or reduce what you have; everything you already have keeps working.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal. We may change plan limits at any time; we’ll tell you in the app if a change affects you.
- Refunds. [Proposed: payments for a period that has started are not refundable, except for duplicate payments, payments we reject, or where the law requires a refund. Rejected payments are returned to the account they came from within [14] days.]
- We may give a plan free of charge (for example to pilot dealers) for a set number of days.
8. Suspension and ending your account
- You can leave any network, or delete your account at any time from your profile (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). You must transfer or close networks you own first.
- We may suspend your account or a network, or remove content, if you break these terms, if we receive valid reports, to protect other users, or if the law requires it. Where it is safe and lawful, we’ll tell you why. A suspension hides the account or network; it doesn’t delete it, and we can reverse it.

9. Availability
We work to keep KeepPooling available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or fast. Push notifications depend on your phone, browser and their push services and may arrive late or not at all, especially on iPhone. Don’t rely on KeepPooling as the only copy of important business information.
We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering KeepPooling, we’ll give at least [30] days’ notice and a way to get a copy of your listings.
10. Liability
- Deals between users are their own business. We aren’t responsible for the accuracy of listings, for how other users behave, or for any loss from a deal, dispute or information another user shared.
- To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost deals, profits, clients or reputation.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or PKR [5,000] if that is more.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Pakistani law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim is brought against us because of content you added or because you broke these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. If you keep using KeepPooling after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we can’t, disputes will be decided by the courts of [city, e.g. Islamabad].
